As an intern at ONC, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside skilled QA engineers. You’ll contribute to a high-potential AI product, tackle real-world testing challenges, and develop your quality assurance skills—directly impacting the success of our AI chatbot as we scale.

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer Intern, you’ll work closely with our engineering team to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI Chatbot. You’ll help identify and report bugs, run automated and manual tests, and collaborate with your team members and team lead to improve the product's performance and functionality. This internship offers hands-on experience in QA and testing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated)

Proficiency in Python

Ability to think critically and approach problems from a user-centered perspective

Curiosity and passion for AI, technology, and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities:

Test all features systematically, including logic, loading screens, and subscription flows

Verify bug fixes after implementation

Maintain a structured bug-tracking system

Provide valuable feedback to improve system performance and user experience
