About this role
Padifood is one of the largest producers of Asian food in the Netherlands. They offer a variety of products including noodles and fried rice. The most popular products are Bami and Nasi meals.
Padifood is located in Oss and has three departments: Drontermeer, Havenstraat and cold area warehouse.
Your role as a:
- Production employees (warm area Drontermeer and Havenstraat) tasks are mixing ingredients, cutting meat and processing vegetables and packaging previously prepared products on the production line.
- Production employees in cold areas prepare packages and place finished products on pallets and make sure that they are ready for shipment.
- Line Operators set up machines, inspect machine parts, check components, and order supplies.
- Team leader is responsible for delegating tasks to employees, controlling and supervising work, training new employees, and ensuring that production is on schedule and within KPI standards.
Work schedule:
- Production Employee (warm area Drontermeer): work in daily shift from 07:00 to 16:00 or 06:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
- Production Employee (warm area Havenstraat): work in two shifts 06:30 - 15:30 and 15:30 - 23:30, Monday to Friday.
- Production Employee (cold area) work in daily shift 07:00 - 17:00 or 07:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday.
- Line Operators work in double system shifts 05:30 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 00:30, Monday to Friday.
- Team Leader work in morning shift 6:00-15:00, Monday to Friday. Sometimes you can work 7:00 – 19:00, also from Monday to Friday.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
- Have a technical experience (for Line Operator position)
- Experience in a food production is a plus
- Good communication in English and/or Dutch language
