Otterbein is seeking a Universal Hospice RN, to assist in the growth of our Universal Hospice ministry in West Liberty, Urbana and Bellefontaine area. Otterbein Universal Hospice compliments already strong independent senior services, outpatient capabilities and clinical facilities at Otterbein.

Status and Shift: Full Time, Part-Time and PRN (No Scheduled Weekends)
Responsibilities
Otterbein is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Hospice Nurse.
- This role is responsible for primary caseload.
- This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program
- Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience: A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care

What you'll do
- The Hospice Nurse is responsible for managing a primary caseload and providing skilled nursing care to patients and their families. This includes adhering to physician prescriptions and compliance with relevant laws and agency policies.
