This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside exceptional sales talent and our product-focused team.</p> <h3>Your impact</h3> <ul> <li>Empower organizations to enhance productivity and collaboration.</li> <li>Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.</li> <li>Drive new business acquisition through various sales channels.</li> <li>Strategically partner with sales executives, providing accurate forecasts and insights into revenue performance.</li> <li>Customize product demonstrations to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing the power of Otter.</li> <li>Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Product and Marketing.</li> <li>Pioneer top-down selling motions and methodologies.</li> </ul> <h3>We're looking for someone who</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.</li> <li>A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and successful contract negotiation.</li> <li>Experience working with security procurement, legal, and finance teams.</li> <li>Proficiency in using Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or other sales tools.</li> <li>A go-getter attitude and a commitment to developing repeatable processes that support a high volume of transactions.</li> <li>Excellent team orientation and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Impeccable customer skills, including communication, empathy, and integrity.</li> <li>Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment.</li> <li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li> <li>Previous experience in a tech start-up preferred.</li> </ul> <p>This is a hybrid work schedule entails three days a week in office.&nbsp; Join us in driving the growth of Otter and making a significant impact in the world of sales and collaboration.
