Function
Repair existing lifts and/or escalators.
 
Responsibilities

• Follow the instructions in the work orders

• Secure the work area, check all delivered equipment and dispatch it

• Prepare the installations and secure them in accordance with operating procedures

• Carry out repair and replacement work on the mechanical and electronic components of lifts and escalators in accordance with the instructions provided

• Ability to work independently on electrical and mechanical tasks

• Advise and support service technicians during complex maintenance and repair work 

Other

• Ensure compliance with the company's absolute requirements (safety, quality, ethics) and all applicable policies, procedures, rules, standards and fundamentals

• Guarantee the confidentiality of the information made available

• Right and duty to say Stop if safety is not assured (Stop Work Activity)

 
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

• Hold a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in the technical/electrical field or equivalent, ideally with several years of experience in the lift industry

• It is essential that the employee resides in the work region

• Fluency in the local language

• A driving license valid in the work territory is required
