What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met from day one to handover

• Champion WWJSSS and enforce compliance with all construction safety protocols and ISO 9000 quality standards

• Serve as the key liaison between Otis and main contractors, consultants, architects, and site stakeholders—keeping communication clear and momentum strong

• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, factory, supply chain, drafting, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Manage project budgets, conduct cost reviews, and present financial updates to internal stakeholders

• Drive the identification, negotiation, and successful completion of variation works

• Verify site dimensions, manage logistics for equipment delivery, and ensure alignment between structural drawings and actual site conditions

• Appoint and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and third-party partners to deliver project milestones

• Monitor factory delivery schedules and manage project documentation, including AMT, FTB, and authority submissions

• Lead authority inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

• Own project progress claims, ensuring healthy project cash flow and accurate reporting

• Guide and support project team members and subcontractors, ensuring alignment, morale, and on-site discipline

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience—prior experience in the lift and escalator industry is mandatory

• Strong understanding of ISO practices and construction site safety protocols

• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project planning tools is a plus

• A proactive leader and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
