​Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated co-op that will be responsible for several tasks related to the integration of a recently acquired organization.

Core Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·         Supporting the Sales team by reviewing and validating CRM customer data, including:

o    Ensuring contact information is accurate and up to date

o    Verifying equipment types and installed base details

o    Identifying and correcting discrepancies created during the transition

·         Supporting the Operations team by:

o    Assisting with data cleanup efforts across operational systems

o    Validating records to ensure alignment between sales and operations data

o    Flagging inconsistencies that could impact scheduling, service delivery, or reporting

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Candidate must be customer centric with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software.
• Candidate must be self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Education:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
