Pour accompagner le développement de notre Direction Engineering et renforcer notre expertise technique, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Support Engineering motivé(e) pour contribuer à l’amélioration de notre offre commerciale et au développement de nouvelles options techniques destinées à nos équipements.

La finalité de ce poste est de concevoir, adapter et fiabiliser des solutions techniques déployées auprès de nos clients, tout en pilotant l’évolution des produits et en garantissant la conformité réglementaire et la performance industrielle.

Vos missions principales

Au cours d’une journée type, vous serez amené(e) à :

Pilotage technique & conception

  • Concevoir l’architecture d’ensemble de pièces de structure pour les équipements mécaniques.
  • Choisir les solutions techniques les plus adaptées et mettre à jour les dossiers techniques.
  • Effectuer les calculs théoriques nécessaires et définir les caractéristiques fonctionnelles des éléments (dimensions, résistance des matériaux…).
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges en conformité avec la réglementation (dont Lift Directive 2014/33/UE).

Études, simulations & développement produit

  • Sous-traiter et analyser des simulations numériques (FEA dynamique, statique, maillage…).
  • Analyser les FTB et proposer les actions correctives appropriées.
  • Suivre l’évolution des produits internes (R\&D) et assurer une veille technologique.

Gestion de projet & coordination

  • Garantir le respect des jalons techniques au regard des attentes clients.
  • Piloter l’ouverture des nouvelles options du cahier des charges à la première livraison.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Service Client, Technique Contrat, Industrialisation, Achats, Finance, Engineering…).
  • Encadrer et accompagner ponctuellement un(e) Technicien(ne) Support Engineering.

Outils & processus

  • Capitaliser et analyser les données techniques et projets.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de conception et de fabrication.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir

Formation & expérience

  • Bac+5 – Diplôme d’ingénieur(e) en mécanique ou électromécanique.
  • Minimum 8 ans d’expérience dans la conception mécanique.
  • Une expérience sur le site de Gien est un atout (processus, outils de conception & fabrication).

Compétences techniques attendues

  • Solides compétences en mécanique, électromécanique, hydraulique, automatismes.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Creo et BAAN.
  • Connaissance du « design to cost ».
  • Capacité à critiquer un modèle numérique (FEA).
  • Très bonne maîtrise du dessin industriel

Soft skills & aptitudes

  • Organisation, autonomie, rigueur, capacité d’analyse.
  • Polyvalence, sens des priorités, esprit de synthèse.
  • Aisance relationnelle, capacité à travailler transversalement.
  • Anglais courant.
