Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che, inserita all’interno del team legal, si occuperà di gestire le seguenti attività:

Assistenza legale ai diversi dipartimenti aziendali;

Predisposizione e negoziazione della contrattualistica nazionale e internazionale con particolare focus sulla distribuzione commerciale (agenzia, franchising, distribuzione, e-commerce) nonché gestione della contrattualista ad ampio raggio (fornitura, real estate, appalto, consulenza, ecc.)

Gestione dei rapporti con i licenzianti;

Assistenza e attività di supporto nelle tematiche di M&A;

Rapporto con gli studi esterni per la gestione del contenzioso;

Redazione di pareri legali;
-
Assistenza e supporto nella gestione delle tematiche societarie del Gruppo (segreteria societaria, redazione verbali Assemble e CDA, redazione di procure e deleghe );

Monitoraggio della normativa di riferimento;
-
Assistenza legale e societaria alle controllate nazionali ed estere;
-
Coordinamento attività con la capogruppo OTB S.p.A. e le altre società del Gruppo (redazione contratti Intercompany, coordinamento accordi quadro, ecc.).
Il Candidato Ideale è In Possesso Dei Seguenti Requisiti:

Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza e completamento della pratica legale;

Pregressa esperienza di 2 – 3 anni maturata all’interno di primari studi legali internazionali e/o uffici legali di aziende modernamente strutturate di respiro internazionale;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, compreso l’inglese giuridico;
-
Carattere propositivo, orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e tenacia per l’espletamento degli incarichi affidati;
-
Capacità relazionali e organizzative e attitudine al lavoro in team, ma anche capacità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto stress;
-
Flessibilità e dinamismo;
-
Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense è ritenuto un plus.
