This position will work closely with all of the Infrastructure team supporting the various projects that the team works on. The job will require independent research and troubleshooting skills along with the ability to remain focused while unsupervised. The position will also require a strong sense of collaboration and team dynamics to achieve results. This person evaluates, installs, documents, maintains and supports operating system software, application software, system level interfaces, workstations, servers, storage systems, and I/O devices.
• Supporting the Enterprise Active Directory Forest/Messaging like Exchange Hybrid Environment.
• Maintain and administer Virtualization Infrastructure such as VMware, Storage etc.,
• Patch Management – Like SCCM, Ivanti (or similar)
• Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Intune extensive knowledge
• Maintain the infrastructure and functionality of a company's cloud structures (AWS, Azure)
• Support the Enterprise Anti-Virus solution and the activities associated with keeping it current.
• Plan, deploy and administer the backup system hardware and software.
• Support and maintenance of the Backup Infrastructure using Commvault tool or similar.
• Support and maintain the current enterprise printing environment.
• Support the maintenance of current versions of several different critical business systems.
• Monitor and maintain access privileges and system security.
• Provide backup for System Administrators if are on vacation or busy with other tasks.
• Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, night shifts to accomplish upgrades and maintenance with minimal effect upon productivity.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• On-Call Support: Must be willing to carry a cell phone at work and during off hours.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
• A fundamental understanding of Active Directory and its implementation.
• A thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS, and WINS name resolution-internet work security
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Bachelor’s Degree/Full Time Diploma (reputed institutes).
• A minimum of 10 plus years in the following areas: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN Ethernet, Windows Server latest versions, Windows Server Patching, Exchange, Citrix, AWS, Backup solutions (Commvault) Azure and Exchange Online.
