Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking for a Production Operator - Panel Cleaning, Plasma & Lamination to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Acid clean panels, Plasma clean, and Coverlay lamination operator to have different material bonded together under heat and pressure. Must maintain the work area in a safe environment. The shift hours will be 2pm to 10:30pm (PST).


Responsibilities

  • Plasma Cleaning, the PCB panel.
  • Acid clean/Carbon clean the panels from different departments.
  • Work with wet room department to clean the panels.
  • Work on coverley and multi-layer lamination department to laminate the different types of material using correct heat and pressure.
  • Monitor the bonding process area and equipment, ensuring quality and compliance to specifications.
  • Work on optimizing the existing processes for better yield and higher throughout.
  • Read traveler documents to produce and move products according to customer specifications and to verity that all previous operations were completed.
  • Immediately report all quality issues with panels to supervisor.
  • Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally effectively communicate in the business language (English).
• Must be comfortable in working with others to analyze, define and resolve product yield problems.
