Responsibilities
- Programming soldering machine such as wave, selective solder and other BE machine
- Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency
- Productivity inprovement and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating and other BE machine process
- Process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with other teams
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma in Engineering Field
- Having experience in same position min. 2 years
- Strong leadership
- Strong understanding and knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating and other BE equipment and process
- Good technical and process analysis
- Training : IPC-A-610, Wave and Selective Soldering Machine
- Soldering process knowledge
- Flux and solder properties, coating process, troubleshooting and problem solving, process optimization

What you'll do
