OrthAlign, Inc., a Smart Technologies, growing medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This role is responsible for managing the sales order entry process for Delivered Order Forms (DOFs) and matching bill only purchase orders (POs). The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary source to identify, flag, and resolve problematic DOFs and bill only POs . The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for answering phone calls and checking voice messages, commission deductions, and light department reporting.
