Lo studio legale internazionale Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe desidera inserire nel proprio dipartimento di Administrative law, Regulatory & Competition uno/a studente/ssa al quarto o quinto anno di Giurisprudenza per uno stage curriculare di 3/6 mesi a partire da ottobre nella nostra sede di Roma.
Requisiti:
✔️ interesse per il settore del diritto amministrativo, con focus su contenzioso, appalti, concessioni, project financing energy, urbanistica, edilizia, ambiente, servizi regolati;
✔️ ottima conoscenza, parlata e scritta, della lingua inglese (livello B2/C1 certificato);
✔️ predisposizione a lavorare in un contesto internazionale;
✔️ forte attitudine al lavoro di gruppo e al problem solving;
✔️ spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative;
✔️ flessibilità
Responsibilities
Lo/la studente/ssa affiancherà le figure senior e li supporterà in attività di due diligence, revisione documentazione contrattuale e societaria, traduzioni, ricerche giuridiche e altre attività connesse alla realtà legale.

What you'll do
- The intern will assist senior staff with due diligence, review of contractual and corporate documentation, translations, legal research, and other related legal activities. This role provides exposure to various aspects of administrative law.
