We are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Weekend Option to support our Lake Mary and East Orlando locations.

What You’ll Do

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be a key contributor to patient care by:

  • Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
  • Performing nuclear medicine, PET, SPECT, and SPECT/CT procedures
  • Processing, enhancing, and preparing images for physician interpretation
  • Completing all computer acquisition, processing, and documentation
  • Participating in radiopharmacy duties
  • Ensuring compliance with Florida Department of Health, Radiation Control
  • Performing venipuncture and evaluating IV access
  • Supporting the corporate ALARA Radiation Safety Program
  • Maintaining safety, quality standards, and consistent attendance

If dual certified (RT(CT) or NMTCB(CT)):
You may also perform CT imaging in accordance with guidelines or physician orders.


Education & Training

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program

Licensure & Certifications

Must meet ONE of the following:

  • CNMT certification (NMTCB)
  • ARRT (N) – Nuclear Medicine

Must meet ALL of the following:

  • Current Florida Nuclear Medicine Technologist License
  • Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification

Experience

  • No prior experience required
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine equipment, imaging procedures, and radiation safety is required

Schedule

  • 10‑hour shifts
  • Wednesday–Saturday
  • Lake Mary and East Orlando Imaging Center locations
