<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p>
<p data-start="130" data-end="414">Act as the bridge between <strong data-start="156" data-end="205">agency/client teams and the Open platform</strong>, translating business needs into platform-ready requirements. Drive stakeholder alignment, workspace design, workflow mapping, and adoption to ensure successful client onboarding and sustained platform usage.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>• Partnering with Agency/Clients: Collaborate with Agency/Client Leads to finalize project scope, ensuring alignment between agency/client needs and platform capabilities.<br>• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough internal gap analyses to identify discrepancies between the Open platform's current capabilities and specific client requirements.<br>• Feature Request Management: Work closely with Professional Services Product Lead to capture and articulate requirements for new client features and platform enhancements.<br>• Platform Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities of the Open platform to agency/client teams through compelling live demos and video recordings.<br>• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders across agency/client teams to define workspace requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.<br>• Workspace Personalization: Where appropriate gather requirements for workspace personalization, including look and feel, widgets, content integration, and quick links.<br>• Branding & Theming: Collect theming and identity parameters such as colour palettes, brand books, and image libraries to ensure consistent branding within the workspace.<br>• Design Collaboration: Work with the Open design team to develop prototypes for homepages, hubs, and Learning Spaces, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.<br>• Sign-off Management: Secure sign-off on homepage/hub/Learning Space designs from agency/client teams.<br>• Campaign Structure Mapping: Identify campaign structure and translate it into requirements for the Open Hierarchy structure within the platform.<br>• User Management: Understand agency/client team structures and set up user groups and permissions to optimize platform utilization and collaboration.<br>• Use Case Documentation: Document agency/client use cases and acceptance criteria for the Open platform, creating a valuable knowledge base for future reference.<br>• Tool Configuration: Understand supported agency/client 3rd party tool requirements and ensure proper configuration within the Open environment.<br>• Workflow Mapping: Conduct ways-of-working workshops to identify end-to-end campaign processes for both agency and client teams, mapping these processes within the Open workflow management system capabilities.<br>• Process Visualization: Partner with the design team to visualize campaign processes and create detailed process pages within the platform capabilities.<br>• Approval Process Implementation: Identify touchpoints between agency and client teams in workflow and implement streamlined approval processes within the platform capabilities.<br>• Adoption Support: Partner with the Adoption Lead to develop and execute UAT/Pilot/Adoption plans, including conducting live demo sessions during these phases.</p>
<p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p>
<p>•Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Technology).<br>•8-10+ years of total work experience<br>•3+ years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.<br>•Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and technologies.<br>•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<br>•Proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.<br>•Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.<br>•Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.<br>•Experience with workflow management systems and process mapping.<br>•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>•Experience with platform implementations and user adoption strategies is a plus.<br>•Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.</p>
