<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>● Meet with clients to understand their software needs and requirements.</p>
<p>● Coordinate with design teams to create software designs that fit within the capabilities of our platform.</p>
<p>● Implement the agreed-upon design into the clients software workspace, which includes creating the workspace through scripts and performing front-end configuration and implementation.</p>
<p>● Coordinate with application teams to install necessary applications onto the workspace. </p>
<p>● Implement support and self-serve features, such as intercom content.</p>
<p>● Ensure that all customer needs are implemented correctly, and that the final product is handed over to the client and client team seamlessly.</p>
<p>● Continually monitor project progress, anticipate potential problems, and devise and implement appropriate solutions. </p>
<p>● Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.</p>
