Position Summary: Origami is seeking a full-time in-person Clinic Assistant, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, at our Mason and Lansing locations. Operating under the guidance of the Outpatient Program Manager, the Clinic Assistant becomes a vital cog in the smooth operations of our clinic's rehabilitation and administrative realms. The role is multifaceted, encompassing tasks such as meticulous data gathering for audits and tracking, systematic equipment and inventory oversight, and the crucial task of serving as a backup support for client scheduling. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel or crawl, and taste or smell.
