工作职责

通过区域目标客户管理，制定有效的区域业务计划，最大限度地开发辖区内客户的市场拓展潜力；完成公司的目标，实现业务增长和市场占有率增长；

•    有效筛选目标客户，合理规划拜访频率及拜访目标客户，深入了解客户需求，分级管理，建立维护客户关系，根据需要开发新的区域市场培育发展重点客户
•    基于对产品的掌握，与客户进行有效沟通教育，引导客户改善观念，能动员店员推荐疗效显著的原研药
•    积极主动收集竞争对手的市场信息，分析并反馈给直线经理，根据区域市场现状提供最有效的建议。
•    面临市场问题挑战，与直线经理或同事进行积极有效的沟通，高效快速解决问题以完成业务要求
•    根据公司要求，高效执行市场部制定的市场计划，与客户定期进行生意回顾
•    及时、准确地完成报告

任职资格

•    大学本科及以上学历，医学类、药学类专业优先；
•    有3-5年的相关工作经验，有外资企业相关工作经验优先
•    有良好的沟通能力，组织协调能力，既往工作业绩良好
•    积极主动，坚持不懈，自我激励，开拓创新，团队合作；
•    熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint及outlook办公软件。
