Job Description

工作职责:

  • 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划,推动团队完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  • 定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估,实施奖惩或激励措施。 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划,规范其工作行为,确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。 制订并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和技能的计划,并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
  • 通过有计划的随访,在与专员讨论区域业务及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。
  • 监控和分析市场发展趋势,挖掘区域市场机会,为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。
  • 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动,合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程,确保其真实有效地开展。 与区域内关键客户保持持续的沟通,建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。
  • 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策,必要情况下可根据公司的要求,与相关职能部门合作。
  • 保持有效沟通系统,包括定期召开地区会议,定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展,与其他部门建立协作关系。 为制订和修改业务相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议,以实现高效率的运作。
  • 支持公司的各项创新举措,带领团队成员执行新举措,并且主动探索创新的机会和方法。完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 

 
任职资格:

  • 大学本科或以上学历。
  • 优秀的人际关系处理能力。 优秀的沟通,协调和组织能力。
  • 优秀的计划和执行能力,善于短时间内完成多样性的工作。
  • 优秀的团队合作能力。
  • 善于自我激励,具有很强的责任感 。
  • 良好的表达和写作能力,良好的电脑操作技能。
  • 具有五年以上医药行业相关工作经验者优先
