核心职责 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 政策监测及分析：

- 持续跟踪各类医药卫生政策，包括但不限于：医保和基药目录调整、招标和集采、价格治理和支付改革等。

- 评估不同政策对公司各项业务的机会和挑战，为内部决策层提供战略性洞察。

2. 准入策略制定与执行：

- 了解公司重点产品和业务线的业务需求，从政策和准入角度支持具体的业务发展目标。

- 协调跨职能团队（销售、市场、医学等）完成相关准入工作所需的材料准备、项目组织协调、外部客户沟通等工作。

- 制定未来管线产品的定价、医保及卫生准入策略。

3. 政策倡导和创新项目推动：

- 完善公司重点领域的政策倡导策略，并领导内部跨部门团队制定并产出可行的倡导计划和关键信息。

- 设计创新准入项目的试点路径，协调内部团队和外部合作伙伴推动创新项目落地。

4. 外部客户沟通与管理：

- 建立和维护与行业协会、政策专家、智库机构等客户的良好合作关系。

- 代表公司参与行业会议、政策研讨会，积极传递公司的价值主张。
