Job Description

The position

The KAM for Fertility is a predominantly field-based role in Poland. You will take responsibility and ownership of managing our biggest accounts and support our efforts to deliver innovative treatment for Women.

You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand the challenges they face and find ways to address them together. You will gain experience on how to build trust with your customers to become a valued partner to support the clinics and provide better solutions for patients.

You will be responsible for establishing customer contacts and becoming an expert on the needs and considerations of fertility clinics, decision-makers and patients. Working within the framework of our ethical code and local regulations.

Combining your insight with your understanding of the fertility treatment landscape, you will help develop innovative solutions that add additional value to our medicines and treatments. Aside from meeting your goals, you can measure your success in how little time it takes before our customers regard you as a partner in dealing with the many challenges facing the healthcare sector.

You will be required to work closely with Market Access, Commercial and Medical colleagues to prioritize accounts and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen Organon presence in the Fertility area in Poland, with the focus on Warsaw area.

  • Identification of market trends and important information in the health policy environment in order to promote growth opportunities with key customers.

  • Understanding the customer's vision, their main interests, strengths, opportunities and then building on this, joint actions should be developed for mutual benefit using key account model.

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the existing and emerging needs of the account and assessing the consequences considering the entire fertility portfolio in Poland.

  • Understand the decision-making process and key decision makers in the fertility business/accounts being able to propose win/win solutions.

  • With the help of data analysis, new technologies and other digital tools, the KAM focuses on the fertility patients and accounts and works out tailor-made sales solutions for our customers in this area together with the Cross-Functional fertility team: Marketing, Medical, Market Access.

  • The KAM understands Account (IVF centers) needs in terms of content and channels and works cross-functionally with various departments. Development, implementation and tracking of an account plan per customer is crucial, setting and validating account goals and performance indicators for key stakeholders.

  • Develop a long-term customer plan that includes an in-depth understanding of the customer's goals and needs with focus on IVF centers being able to identify drivers and barriers.

  • Development of a customer-specific overall offer that includes both clinical and economic advantages as well as needed solutions/ideas to drive performance.

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with important contacts.

  • Carrying out negotiations regarding the product portfolio with the aim of developing a strategic long-term partnership.

  • Establishing valuable partnerships with internal stakeholders is the key to success.

  • Achieve IVF Sales targets and follow other SFE requirements.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in healthcare environment

  • Well versed in scientific and clinical work

  • Experience in negotiating complex deals, budget management and working according to a strategic plan

  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and communicate with senior stakeholders as well have excellent presentation skills to deliver high-level conversations with healthcare professionals

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management capabilities and ability to work independently

  • Digital oriented and proficient in computer programs 

  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
