The Position

As Finance Intern, you will get the experience of performing the daily operation of commercial finance in AP cluster. This will include financial accounting, month-end reporting, any activities that is within the scope of the commercial finance team in AP cluster.  You will also have a close collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders; such as our Enterprise Services and Solution (ESS), PwC auditors and cross functional business partners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for AP invoices processing and dispute management with vendors.

• Assist in account reconciliation of accounts & maintenance of files and records.

• Prepare journal entries for accruals and month-end close.

• Assist in data preparation for statutory and tax audit.

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Final year of university student of fresh graduates with Accounting or Finance major.

• Proficiency in MS. Office

• Fluent in English both spoken and written.

• Effective communication skills

• Good interpersonal, and organization skills required
