About the role

SME - Deal ID COE is responsible to manage and support, the e2e process for Cisco Deal ID Managed Services ( with both internal OBS teams and key suppliers ). Ensure that OBS maximizes the available discounts for our bids, executes the correct discounts in our orders and that the supplier invoices are in line with expectations. 

SME - Deal ID COE is responsible to continuously drive improvement in ways of working with vendor and internal stakeholders which will help both the organization to grow profitability and avoid revenue leakages by correct and maximize usage of deal deal ids. 

SME - Deal ID COE is expected to monitor reporting of deal id usage and support in deal id handover process from Pre Sales to Ordering team. 

SME - Deal ID COE is expected to work in collaboration with other entities including Sourcing, Finance, Product Development etc. to build healthy and working level interlocks between internal stakeholders and vendor.

About you

Key Accountabilities: 

• Responsible for Managing End-to-End Process of Deal ID Management right from Pre Sales, Quoting to Delivery & Supplier Invoicing.
• Ensure Maximum Deal id Discount utilized on Customer Deals. Orders placed with correct deal ids and discounts.
• Minimizing Revenue leakages Ensuring proper hand over of Deal ids happening from Pre sales to Supply Chain & Vendor Management teams.
• Formal communication on deal ids, Deal id Validations as per checklists and highlight mistakes to Pre Sales and Account Teams and get it rectified.
• Manage Deal id repositories into CVMT Tool.
• Triggering Oracle Catalogs initiations.Ensure support imparted to Supply Chain ordering team in case of any Deal id Challenge
