About the role

In a complex and fast-evolving IoT ecosystem, the IoT Product Manager defines, launches, and manages IoT connectivity offers. The role bridges customers, sales, marketing, technical teams, and partners.

Main activities as IoT Product Manager for B2B2C:

• Analyze the IoT market, its customers, competitor offerings, and ecosystem(s).
• Define, launch, and make evolve the IoT B2B2C offer, to stay ahead of the competition. Making it as attractive as possible and differentiating, for a variety of customers (particularly automotive) and in compliance with the legal/regulatory framework (focus on Europe).
• Define and manage the business plan for the IoT B2B2C offer, built jointly with the Sales channels, and modeled with the help of the finance department. Assess costs, risks, and profitability. Support the sales teams in qualifying IoT opportunities.
• Lead offer launches according to the Time-To-Market (TTM) and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies, aligned with the resources of the different stakeholders (Orange-internal departments & external suppliers) involved: Project Manager, Operational Marketing, Communication, Technical and IS Management, Operations, Sales Legal etc…
• Influence and provide support for the IoT B2B2C product mid-term and long-term strategy

About you

Profile

• +10 Years of IT/Telecom/GSM networks
•  experience in marketing offers or products, or in the field of IoT
• Ability to listen and lead, combined with very good communication skills (oral and written)
• You are recognized for your creativity and able to propose innovative and customer convincing & contract-winning product approaches and suggestion
• Listen and act: identify, qualify and formalize current customer needs and usage. Anticipate as much as possible upcoming customer trends & needs and plan accordingly.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, be agile, innovate, take initiative
• Work together and drive cross-functional teams; fostering team spirit and transversality
• Strong synthesis and presentation skills
• You are ready to operate within a large international organization
• Fluent in English and French
