About the role

The HR Consultant in Orange Business acts as the primary interface between HR and the business units, serving as a trusted advisor to align HR strategies with business objectives. They are responsible for addressing and resolving HR-related issues, supporting talent management initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. Additionally, they promote compliance with legal and organizational standards while providing valuable HR insights to facilitate informed decision-making and foster a positive, productive work environment.Mission

Main activities

  • Act as an HR business partner, supporting various departments in aligning their HR practices with overall business objectives.
  • Manage compensation strategies, ensuring competitive and fair remuneration for all employees while aligning with the company’s budget.
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and enhance team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Guide managers in performance management processes, providing advice on employee development and succession planning.
