About the role

Embark on a mission to redefine the Smart Industries landscape, where your expertise will be pivotal in shaping innovative and secure solutions that meet the shifting needs of a global market. • Drive regional expertise and enhance service offerings within the Smart Industries portfolio, focusing on Unified Name Space and Data-Driven Manufacturing. • Act as a subject matter expert, managing the lifecycle of Smart Industries products and solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Promote collaboration with central teams, advocating for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance that addresses customer interests. • Cultivate new initiatives inspired by regional needs, maintaining alignment with evolving industry trends and best practices. • Support self-organizing teams as a product owner, guiding the integration of secure Smart Industries solutions and achieving regional sales targets. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to document Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), highlighting value propositions. • Ensure consistent feedback loops with customers to refine and enhance service delivery.

About you

You are a seasoned professional with a Master’s degree in engineering or Business Administration, alongside a minimum of 10 years of consultative selling and relationship management experience within multinational environments. Your expertise spans Smart Industries concepts, cybersecurity standards, and the ability to articulate complex products and collaborate effectively across global teams.Your professional skills:• Possess a deep understanding of Smart Industries concepts, such as Unified Name Space and Data-Driven Manufacturing.• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity standards, including IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR, ensuring integration into product development.• Effectively articulate Smart Industries products, services, and cybersecurity features to multiple stakeholders.• Lead and maintain virtual teams within a matrix environment while managing quality and performance metrics.• Showcase regional leadership in Smart Industries and cybersecurity while fostering communication with central teams.Your soft skills:• Exhibit agility in adapting to dynamic challenges alongside innovative problem-solving capabilities.• Maintain flexibility in approach towards project management and team alignment.• Demonstrate results-driven focus, ensuring achievement of business objectives and sales targets.• Communicate effectively across various levels and disciplines while nurturing teamwork.• Possess strong leadership and matrix management skills that drive team cohesion and collective success.
