About the role

•  
• You operate in a context of agility (SAFE model) and within the “IT renovation” program teams.
• You bring your expertise regarding Cloud hosting, SaaS vendors software solutions, Big Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Security, DevSecOps, …
• You bring your knowledge about external frameworks, standards and guidelines (TMF, ITIL, …).
• You define architecture solutions on several domains such as Digital customers & employees journeys, CPQ (Configuration Pricing Quoting), Ordering, Delivery, IT Service Management, Monitoring, …
• You direct the incorporation of vendors software solutions into both established and emerging IS infrastructure.
• You contribute to solution alignment with vendors software native capabilities, to process optimizations, to implementation choices.
• You establish strategies for data architecture to uphold the precision, consistency, and security.
• You propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of systems, cut costs, and elevate the customer & Orange employee experience.
• You describe the transformation steps from an as-is situation towards a target to be achieved.
• You develop and uphold architectural documentation, encompassing diagrams, specifications, and technical standards. You convey architectural choices and suggestions to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• You keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments.

About you

 

• 18+ years total experience with 10+ relevant experience. 
• Excellent client facing communication skills.
• ITSM  expertise and knowledge of SERVICE NOW solutions
• Knowledge of Information System domains such as: Digital customers & employees journeys, CPQ (Configuration Pricing Quoting), Ordering, Delivery, IT Service Management, Monitoring, …
• On the IS domain(s), technical and functional understanding of vendors software such as Salesforce CRM, ServiceNow ITSM, …
• E2E Architecture (functional, software & technical), including Enterprise Architecture and Integration Architecture
• Full stack development skills covering cloud-native software architectures, Domain Driven Design practices, Front-end development (frameworks Angular / React / Vue, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, micro-frontend architectures, BackForFront architectures, ...), Back-end development (Java, Javascript, Python), Integration technologies (API, Message bus), Security solutions & protocols (IAM, OAuth, OIDC)
• Cloud architectures with knowledge of cloud solutions (Hyperscalers, Docker/Kubernetes), DevSecOps practices and technologies (CI/CD, Testing automation)
• Proven experience with architecture governance on complex projects / programs, including key design decisions.
• Working experience with architecture tools.
• SAFe for Architect certified.
• Understanding of B2B Telecommunications products and processes.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy.
