Assist and support fellow maintenance staff with the installation, monitoring and inspection of production and building systems equipment. Perform regular interval preventative maintenance based on established processes and standards. Perform a variety of housekeeping, stock management and shipping/receiving duties.
Essential functions
Support the preventative maintenance schedule for facility equipment:
HVAC Systems
Boilers
Chillers
Air Compressors
Security System
Support Shipping and Receiving activities:
Loading and unloading of freight
Route individual packages to proper areas
Build and repair shipping containers
Stock:
Maintain / Manage janitorial stock inventory
Maintain / Manage breakroom stock inventory
Housekeeping:
Warehouse and general area cleanliness
Storage and/or proper disposal of items
General touch up painting
Grounds:
General clean up
Snow blowing and salting of walk areas and emergency exits as required
Test facility safety devices as required by OSHA:
Exit and Emergency Lighting
Fire Extinguishers
Eye Wash Stations
Fork lift & Man-Lift Inspections
Ladder Inspections
Perform other duties as assigned or as situations dictate.
