About this role

Drive What’s Next in People Leadership

At Oracle, we’re helping global organizations lead with confidence—through data, intelligence, and speed. The People Leader Workbench is our premier platform for executive and manager decision-making, delivering trusted insights across People, financial, business & operational data. Be it to improve performance, increase retention, manage compensation, or optimize workforce skills and manage effectiveness.

Now, we’re taking it further—with AI-driven, agentic experiences that inform leaders, while also guiding them to execution and action.

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead this next chapter—embedding AI, machine learning, and intelligent agents into the Workbench, helping leaders not just understand what’s happening, but know what to do next.

What You’ll Lead

  • Agentic Intelligence at Scale – Collaborate with the PM team to define and deliver decision flows that are fast, contextual, and actionable—from insight to outcome- in an AI first approach.
  • AI in the Workflow – Embed intelligent agents that help leaders ask smarter questions, evaluate risks, and respond in real time.
  • Predictive + Prescriptive – Partner with data science teams to turn models into business value—powering scenario planning, retention forecasting, pay equity detection, and more.
  • AI That Builds Trust – Ensure explainability, data privacy, and regulatory alignment across global markets.
  • Design for Impact – Collaborate across UX, engineering, and compliance to deliver intuitive, outcome-focused experiences that scale.

What We Expect

  • A product leader with 7+ years in enterprise AI, analytics, or data-driven software.
  • Translate complex People Intelligence and workforce problems into PRDs that define clear agentic use cases, required capabilities, and measurable success metrics.
  • Design goal-driven, multi-step AI agents that can:
    • Reason over structured and unstructured workforce data
    • Design and orchestrate Agentic tools that can recommend next-best actions and decisions
  • Partner with engineering and data science to align on LLM usage, prompt strategies, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks
  • Define agent behaviors including memory, context awareness, explainability, confidence, and enterprise guardrails

Bonus If You Bring

  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM, Fusion Analytics, or other workforce platforms.
  • Experience building tools for CHROs, COOs, or people managers.
  • A strong foundation in responsible AI, agent frameworks, or decision intelligence systems.
