About this role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our team and support the full lifecycle of customer and sales-related requests. In this role, you will manage complex tasks that help sales teams close deals efficiently and correctly. You will be responsible for making sure all systems are updated, approvals are obtained, and processes are followed accurately and on time.


You will work closely with sales teams, finance, legal, delivery and other departments to ensure a smooth and compliant deal process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems, and improving how things are done.

What We’re Looking For:   

Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience using business tools and systems (Microsoft Excel, Oracle Fusion, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with data, processes, and multiple requests at once.
  • Able to understand and follow complex procedures.
  • Experience working with customers or teams in different regions (experience with Middle East & Africa is a plus).

Languages

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Other languages are a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on doing things the right way.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good at solving problems and making decisions under pressure.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Eager to learn, improve processes, and grow professionally.
