About this role

An experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS Technical Consultant who can join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of technical experience focused on Oracle EBS HRMS modules, with a strong background in implementations, customizations, and technical support. This position is open across India.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6–12 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
- Experience with APIs, Data Migration (Conversions), Interfaces, and Extensions in Oracle HRMS.
- Experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher and OA Framework.
- Proven record of at least two full-cycle Oracle EBS HRMS implementations or major upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of HRMS data model and business processes.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and knowledge of India Payroll/statutory compliances.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and WebADI.
- Knowledge of integration with other EBS modules (FIN, SCM) and third-party applications.
- Oracle Certification or relevant training in HRMS technical track (preferred).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (desirable).
