その中で、Customer Success部門は、NetSuiteの導入や、導入後の最適化を支援するコンサルティングチームです。SuiteSuccessというNetSuiteのベストプラクティスに沿った導入手法での導入支援や、ACSという稼働後の最適化を支援するサービスを提供し、導入プロジェクトの成功、及び、稼働後の顧客ビジネスの成功を支援しています。

Job Description/ 職務内容
広範な業界やソリューションに関してのベストプラクティス、複数のビジネスプロセスまたは技術的な設計に精通した経験豊富なコンサルティングのプロフェッショナルです。このポジションでは、独立して質の高い成果物をプロジェクトに提供し、NetSuiteのベストプラクティスに基づき顧客のニーズを満たすために、複雑で多岐にわたる業務を遂行します。NetSuiteの導入方法論やプロジェクト管理手法に準拠し、ベストプラクティスを適用しながら業務を行います。

主に、NetSuite ERPの機能を基にした機能的および技術的なソリューションを提供し、顧客とのプロジェクトにおいてその専門知識を発揮します。時間と予算の制約の中で高品質な統合ソフトウェアソリューションを実現するために、ソリューション設計および実装レビューのリードを行うこともあります。また、プロジェクトのチームリーダーとして、チームメンバーのスキル向上をサポートし、指導やフィードバックを提供します。顧客組織の管理者とのコミュニケーションも担当し、ビジネス開発活動にも参加します。比較的複雑なプロジェクトに対して詳細なソリューションを設計し、リードします。

このポジションでは、6～8年以上のビジネス経験と、3～4年以上のERPコンサルティング経験が望まれます。学士号または同等の経験があると尚良いです。効果的なコミュニケーション能力、チームメンバーやクライアントと良好な関係を築く能力、必要に応じて出張できる柔軟性が求められます。
