Your goal: turn interest into action by driving conversions across multiple Opendoor products.</li><li><b>Navigate complexity with ease:</b><span>&nbsp;</span>Manage timelines, handle shifting priorities, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless experience.</li><li><b>Be there when it matters:</b><span>&nbsp;</span>Availability across various shifts, including evenings and weekends, ensures we meet customer needs on their schedule.</li></ul><h3><b>Bonus points if you have&nbsp;</b></h3><ul><li>Fluency in Spanish (Verbal &amp; Written)</li></ul><h3><b>Compensation:&nbsp;</b></h3><p>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are between $98,200 - $122,700 which includes commission and a combination of base salary and variable incentive components (60/40 base/variable split). Incentive compensation is based on individual performance within our Home Sales Advisor incentive plan and is not capped. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific range for the job location during the hiring process.
