We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences:



Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Developing a course guide, supplementary online and/or audio-visual learning materials at undergraduate higher-level in Social Sciences;

  • Summarizing the essentials of the course materials;

  • Supplying succinct explanations;

  • Deliberating on the critical issues; and

  • Developing activities and assessments to enhance the students’ learning experience through the course guide.

 

Candidates
Candidates are expected to possess the following:

  • A higher degree in Social Sciences;

  • Publications and teaching experience in tertiary education institutions;

  • Good writing and communication skills; and

  • Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the field of Hong Kong society or Hong Kong studies.

 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a freelance basis.
