The mission of this team is to drive a culture and language of growth and metrics to provide visibility and performance management for growth. The team collaborates effectively and earns the trust of senior and executive functional leaders and their respective groups (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure company growth goals are clearly defined, owned, measured, supported, and achieved. Corporate Revenue Operations serves to connect the entire team together under a uniform goal of growth.</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><strong>What the role offers:</strong></span></p><p>The Sr. Director / Director will lead and be responsible for three key areas under the purview of the VP, Corporate Revenue Operations:</p><ul><li>Leading the consolidation of companywide Bookings and Revenue</li><li>Leadership of the Enterprise Sales Growth Operations Team</li><li>Leading the Systems Team for Corporate Revenue Operations</li></ul><p>Leading the company wide consolidation of Bookings and Revenues includes providing executive leadership weekly visibility of achievements to set targets, coordinating and consolidating twice quarterly interlock meetings, rolling four quarter bookings and revenue forecasts and providing the SVP of Corporate Finance with insights into bookings and revenue opportunities and hot spots.</p><p>This position will also lead a team of business analysts supporting the Enterprise Sales team in their day-to-day growth operations focusing on the development of growth strategies with Go-to-Market leadership and collaborating with Sales leadership and Operations teams to execute on set strategies.</p><p>Leadership of the systems team for corporate revenue operations will include collaborating with Corporate Finance leadership and setting direction for systems automation using Power BI or other software to improve and automate reporting and generating data based insights for the Corporate Finance teams.</p><div><ul><li>Leads a team and works independently on assignments of a complex nature where initiative and creativity are required in resolving problems and/or developing recommendations with special focus on bookings, revenue and growth related analytics</li><li>Work with management to identify continuous improvement activities for current programs with a focus on performance management of current initiatives, providing insights on and ideas for performance improvements with an investor lens</li><li>Lead the generation of new growth program ideas </li><li>Lead in automating, maintaining and updating program reports</li><li>Ability to manipulate information in Excel (expert level), Word or PowerPoint</li><li>Lead the analysis of data and prepare executive reports</li><li>Successfully liaise with a variety of functions within the business including Sales, Business Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, etc.</li><li>Proven experience rapidly adapting to multiple new environments - either different departments/facilities within one business unit or across multiple business units.</li><li>Support management on day to day tasks and activities as required to drive business decisions and growth initiatives</li></ul><p> </p></div><p><strong> What you need to succeed:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years in a Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support or Finance support/analyst role working within a fast-paced technology environment with demonstrated abilities of senior level interactions</li><li>Experience in leading and leveraging multiple large data sets to perform complex analytics and modeling</li><li>Experience in leading performance management considered a must</li><li>Experience in complex and multiple program management considered a must</li><li>Experience in a sales operations, finance, or marketing operations role considered a must</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (expert level), Power Point, Outlook, and Word is a must.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets is a must</li><li>Safeforce.com, SAP and OLAP knowledge is an asset</li><li>Bachelor’s degree ideally in economics/ business/ accounting and/or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and influence results</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Strong planning, organization and time management skills</li><li>Adaptable and flexible<br><br></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><strong>One Last Thing</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">OpenText is more than a corporation—it’s a global community built on trust, character, and purpose.
