About The Job

The role of the Supply Planer-Importation and Master data is to ensure all related executions for the importation activities, Master data and Flow management.

Reporting Line

The position will report to the IBP Lead Egypt.

Main Responsibilities

1- Importation Planning & Monitoring

• Preparing & following up on Importation with DRP, Plants, Regulatory team & Custom Clearance agents
• Creating PO's for importation

2- Master data

• Creating & maintaining master data on Flow-g, GMID, SAP & Kinaxis

3- Tax Portal & Intercompany Sales

• Creating & Uploading Franco-Opella invoices on Tax Portal

4- Stock Control

• Overprinting, requesting MOH Visits & assuring that goods are released according to Shared supply plan, Pack design changes, Price Changes

5- Compliance

• Ensure all supply contracts comply with relevant Acts, legal demand and ethical standards.
• Regularly update SOPs and internal procedures to ensure adherence across the organization.

6- Health, Safety and Environment

• Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors and immediately notify any serious incidents.
• Promote / role model healthy and safe workplace environment and policy in distribution centers, warehouses, distributors, office.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Good in Excel and presentation skills

• Articulate and possess excellent communication skills
• In depth knowledge of key supply chain processes (Importation, Master data, Flow, forecasting, customer care, distribution, cost, compliance) & current best practices
• Good command of English
