We are looking for a strategic and analytical Sales Force Excellence Manager to oversee SFE strategy and performance for OTC products. This role will lead and execute initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTC sales team, ensuring best-in-class performance tracking and supporting commercial objectives in a competitive market.
You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with regional and local business teams.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate S2V engagement activities, including the quarterly S2V Connect sessions (agenda preparation, interactive warm-up exercises, feedback collection and consolidation).
Draft and update presentation materials for S2V initiatives such as S2V Strategy, Projects Pipeline, and other transformation or communication decks, based on key messages and content provided by S2V leadership.
Prepare and consolidate Key Highlights for the S2V Performance Dashboard, supporting data accuracy and consistency.
Support central S2V communications by drafting communication materials, coordinating inputs from Leadership Team members, and supporting distribution through agreed communication channels.
Coordinate and organize S2V onboarding sessions, including scheduling, material updates, participant tracking, and feedback collection, in line with the existing onboarding framework.
Support the execution and monitoring of the S2V Training Plan by coordinating with trainers, scheduling sessions, tracking completion, and collecting feedback.
Collect and consolidate project ideas and initiatives from the S2V Leadership Team, support prioritization discussions, and assist in tracking key actions and milestones.
Perform various operational and administrative support tasks, including:
Updating and maintaining S2V email distribution lists
Performing KPI quality checks and basic consistency reviews
Supporting ad-hoc requests from the S2V team
