About the job
As a Quality System Responsible, you will play a key role in ensuring compliant, efficient, and continuously improving quality system operations for the EM CHC EULA perimeter.
You will support quality and regulatory leaders, act as a process owner for assigned areas, and serve as Key User for specific Computerized Systems.
You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including External Manufacturing QA, Global Quality External Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations.

Main responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain assigned Quality System processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, GMP/GDP standards, and global quality requirements.
- Lead and support Quality Systems activities, including deviations, change control, documentation lifecycle management, and risk management.
- Coordinate and execute third‑party audits, including developing annual audit schedules and maintaining audit documentation and related processes.
- Manage and support quality reviews, including quarterly risk reviews, annual product quality reviews, and follow‑up of associated action plans.
- Oversee the LMS training system for EM CHC EULA, ensuring proper design, deployment, and tracking of quality training processes.
- Act as Key User / Coordinator for assigned computerized systems, including periodic access reviews, inventory management and GxP criticality assessments.
- Support transport quality management and contribute to the deployment of inspection readiness tools, participating in internal and global audits.
About you
Experience
- Experience within a pharmaceutical environment, ideally in quality (QA, QC, systems, or quality systems management).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and GMP.
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and MS Office tools.
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with structured, proactive problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and locations.
- Demonstrated reliability, autonomy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Able to balance efficiency, anticipation, and results-driven decision making.
Education
- Pharmacist, Engineer, or significant experience in pharmaceutical quality management.
Languages
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
