Purpose of the role:

The person on this position will be responsible for leading execution of omnichannel strategy in Romania, ensuring insight-driven Healthcare Professionals (HCP) engagement across digital & F2F channels, optimising reach, and driving ROI through compliant data and execution. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding of HCP target groups, segments and personas to feed omnichannel journeys

  • Integrating digital and events with field force journeys, creating complete omnichannel experience plans

  • Execution of omnichannel plans including digital campaigns and events.

  • Adopting tools and dashboards to track and report performance & ROI. 

  • Guiding channel investment and ensure compliance with channel best practices. 

  • Driving adoption of 1P data collection, consent capture, CRM tagging. 

  • Ensuring cross functional cooperation and smooth information flow (brand marketing, content, science, field force)

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, digital, or business. 

  • 3+ years in marketing/digital/omnichannel healthcare roles. 

  • Proven record in building omnichannel strategy and execution 

  • Deep understanding of HCP omnichannel engagement & data strategy. 

  • Fluency in English and Romanian

  • Driving licence
