We are now seeking an O2C Export Team Lead to lead our export operations across 30 international markets, guide a high‑performing team, and ensure best‑in‑class service for our global partners.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of Export Coordinators who each manage their own projects within the export scope. You will oversee end‑to‑end export flows, manage operational performance, attend warehouse meetings, and act as a key escalation point for stakeholders across the supply chain.

With strong exposure to international markets and cross‑functional collaboration, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key Responsibilities (7)

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 7 Export Coordinators, ensuring effective onboarding, performance management, and growth.

  • Oversee end‑to‑end export operations across 30 countries, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, invoicing, and on‑time delivery.

  • Manage export flows for APIs and excipients in line with Sanofi quality standards, ICH Q7 and Good Distribution Practice requirements.

  • Attend and contribute to warehouse and operational meetings, representing the export function and ensuring alignment with logistics and supply chain teams.

  • Serve as the escalation point for stakeholders, resolving issues quickly and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Monitor and deliver on operational KPIs, supporting revenue targets, stock availability, and continuous improvement.

  • Optimise transportation planning and documentation processes, contributing to efficiency, simplicity, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Requirements (7)

  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience, leading or supervising a team.

  • Strong background in International Trade, Transportation, or Logistics (2–3 years minimum).

  • Sales administration experience strongly preferred (procurement considered only in exceptional cases).

  • Fluent in English with good proficiency in French — English is essential for business operations; French is crucial for team and warehouse collaboration.

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) and strong competency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Solid understanding of O2C processes, export compliance, customs regulations, and international shipping.

  • Highly organised, detail‑driven, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders and operate independently.
