About this role
【仕事内容】
固形製剤(錠剤)における１次包装(ブリスター)工程および２次包装をご担当いただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を含みます：
- 固形製剤（錠剤）のブリスター包装機、２次包装機の操作および製品切り替え対応
- 機器の準備・分解・洗浄・組立および清掃
- 操作パラメータの設定、製造記録（バッチレコード等）の記入と確認
- 包装資材（アルミ、PVC、表示資材）の管理と準備
- 包装工程中の異常の早期発見と報告、トラブルシューティング対応
‐設備のメンテナンス
- 設備点検・簡易保守（消耗品の交換や清掃等）
- 製品識別・誤包装防止のためのダブルチェック対応
- GMPおよび衛生管理基準の遵守、監査対応書類の準備
【必須経験・歓迎スキル】
必須：
- 製薬・食品・化粧品いずれかの製造または包装ライン経験（1年以上）
- チームでの協働経験・報連相を徹底できる方
歓迎：
- ブリスター包装機の操作経験（例：CKDなど）
-カートニングマシン（例：ミューチュアル、京都製作所等）の操作経験
- 包装資材に関する知識やトラブル対応経験
- GMPまたはISO等の品質基準に関する知識
- 製造記録の記入やSOP作成、VAL・CAL書類作成、監査資料の作成経験

- シフト勤務あり（早番・遅番・夜勤）

What you'll do
- The role involves operating primary (blister) and secondary packaging machinery for solid dosage forms (tablets), including machine setup, cleaning, parameter setting, and accurate completion of manufacturing records. Responsibilities also cover managing packaging materials, identifying abnormalities, performing basic equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with GMP and hygiene standards.
