Location: Ukraine (open to 100% remote work, with occasional visits to the Kyiv office for candidates based outside Kyiv)

We are looking for a proactive and commercially oriented (Junior) Shopper / Trade Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping shopper strategy and accelerating brand performance across the Ukrainian market. This role will allow you to work at the intersection of marketing, sales and category development — driving innovative shopper activations, supporting strategic planning and influencing key business decisions. You will join an international environment where you’ll have real impact, ownership and the opportunity to grow into a future expert in Shopper and Trade Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement long-term shopper strategies by identifying the most profitable and relevant shopper activations and allocating the appropriate budget across shopper touchpoints.

  • Lead and evaluate innovative in-store programs (from ideation to production and execution) to drive off-shelf visibility and build brand awareness through 360° integration.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Brand, Sales, T&R, Legal, Medical, Retailers) to align on sales goals, category development and joint annual business planning.

  • Manage the national retail marketing calendar, campaigns and daily communications with internal teams, brand partners and key accounts.

  • Participate in annual marketing planning to ensure retail realities and opportunities are embedded in brand strategies.

  • Drive shopper analytics, track market and competition trends, and translate learnings into actionable plans.

  • Oversee and optimize the shopper budget (part of brand A&P).

  • Report results and strategic recommendations on national and regional forums.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in shopper, trade or customer marketing.

  • Experience in the Pharma and/or FMCG industry; Brand Management experience is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to translate data into shopper insights and compelling trade stories.

  • Strong executional skills in preparing trade activations and POSM materials.

  • Strategic and creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian (written & spoken).
