Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management (494 CF – Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia)
• Serve as the primary escalation point between internal teams and the Fleet Management Company.
• Monitor service delivery performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support the deployment of fleet policies, processes, and new operating models across the region.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure effective contract implementation.
• Contribute to regional initiatives related to fleet digitalization, optimization, and sustainability.
• Prepare fleet performance reports and support Road Safety program activities.
• Manage invoices, track fleet-related costs, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Implement and oversee sustainability metrics aligned with Opella’s CO₂ reduction goals.
• Coordinate local insurance contracts.
• Negotiate with preferred partners in collaboration with Global Procurement.
HSE Coordination within the Eastern Region
• Coordinate HSE activities supporting both office and field teams.
• Support the implementation of global HSE programs and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate internal HSE networks (technicians, Road Safety, committees, emergency brigade, CIPA).
• Support audit processes, track corrective actions, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
• Monitor HSE risks, maintain procedures, and support emergency preparedness.
• Deliver HSE training and lead awareness campaigns (e.g., SIPAT, Yellow May).
• Track and report HSE, wellness, and environmental KPIs.
• Support Road Safety initiatives.
Site Management Support
• Maintain clear communication with local stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the Regional Sites Lead.
Profile
• Experience in Fleet Management, HSE, or similar coordination roles.
• Knowledge of European and Hungarian HSE regulations; experience within European operations is a strong plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English at a professional working level
