Key Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the company-wide harmonization of testing technology, testing software and processes
  • Developing, testing and documenting new concepts.
  • Supporting and cooperating closely with the research and product development department to secure the producibility with an adequate testing concept (Tools: DfT, FMDA)
  • Planning, developing and building new testing technologies (low-, high voltage and photometric)
  • Planning, developing and creating software-driven test-flows
  • Introducing new products within the global testing system while complying with project schedule.
  • Use of statistical tools to ensure the optimization of testing processes
  • Supporting serial production in field of product testing.

 

            Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year of project planning or project leadership.
  • Good knowledge of electronics technologies and solid orientation in the electronics domain (components, PCB, validation).
  • Experience working in an international team and in a cross‑functional project environment.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Strong organizational, decision‑making, and prioritization skills with a proactive, self‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
