The position of Launch Leader is located in our Plant in Rychvald. On this position you will be responsible for all Project Activities from nomination to SOP to ensure internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordination of the team responsible for industrialization (manufacturing area) in the core project team when implementing new projects or their changes;
  • Management of assigned production projects (e.g. relocation of equipment, long-term increase in production efficiency);
  • Smooth start-up of production of new projects;
  • Creation, updating and responsibility for compliance with timing for the manufacturing area;
  • Reporting of project status and production KPIs of new projects;
  • Organization and management of Launch readiness review;
  • Increasing the efficiency of the new project preparation process;

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a production plant in the process engineering area or quality;
  • Knolwedge of assembly processes or molding or decoration technologies;
  • Leadership skills (managing internal stakeholders, managing industrialization team);
  • Czech and English fluency;
  • Knowledge of basic production documentation (FMEA, Control Plan etc.);
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Customer oriented approach;
  • Ability to work under time-pressure and multitasking
