Main responsibilities:
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle for a group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, leave of absence, periodic assessment, administration, offboarding).
- Advice and support across all HR functions.
- Participation in HR reporting.
- Overseeing performance evaluation processes, goal setting, career planning, talent management, and assessing practical needs.
- Analyzing HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Building a positive organizational culture and increasing employee engagement.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives.
Main Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a production environment;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of labour law;
- Good English (minimum B2 level);
- Excellent analytical and consulting skills.
- High interpersonal skills, using various devices for communication within the organization.

- Willingness to work onsite in Gliwice

What you'll do
- The HR Business Partner will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. They will also provide advice and support across all HR functions and participate in HR reporting and initiatives.
