In this role, you will be the key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal operations. Your main goal is to ensure uninterrupted customer supply by driving accurate data analysis, timely reporting, and proactive issue resolution across the OPmobility supply chain.

 

The role of Global Allocation Coordinator (Supply Chain) is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication with customers and suppliers during regular or escalation meetings
  • Collect and consolidate data from customers, suppliers, and internal sources; prepare detailed analyses
  • Ensuring customer coverage based on MP&L (Material Planning & Logistics) inputs and plant data
  • Participation on global Supply Chain projects
  • Supporting with the obsolete reduction and stock optimization
  • Operatively supporting plants and supplier with the packaging and transportation of the products including the documentation support
  • Broker buy of e-components
  • Deliver on-time, accurate reports and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders
  • Proactively escalate detected gaps or risks from data analysis to prevent customer disruption
  • Support the allocation of constrained components across OPmobility plants to balance demand and supply
  • Manage and resolve ad hoc customer requests promptly and professionally

 

Requirements:

  • University bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, charts), SAP 4 HANA/ SAP ECC
  • Experience in automotive supply chain/logistics is preferable
  • Analytical, independent, self‑motivated, and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with electronic components is an added value
