Votre mission principale :
- Assurer le support administratif des Acheteurs et traiter les demandes administratives liées aux activités achats
- Gérer les données de base fournisseurs (création et mise à jour des fournisseurs) sur demande des Acheteurs
- Gérer les transactions d’achat dans les systèmes d’information achats (SAP, Ivalua), conformément aux standards applicables d’OPmobility (commandes spot et commandes ouvertes)
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures achats de l’entreprise
Profil recherché :
- Bac +2 ou Bac +3 en économie, achats, logistique ou équivalent
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Bonne connaissance du module SAP MM
- Bonne maîtrise de l’utilisation d’Internet
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Office
- La connaissance de la plateforme achats Ivalua ou d’un système similaire est un atout
- Sens du détail et bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, requises pour les échanges internes
- Fortes capacités d’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément

What you'll do
- The main mission is to provide administrative support to buyers and handle administrative requests related to purchasing activities. This includes managing supplier data and purchase transactions in accordance with OPmobility's standards.
