Finance & Sales Process Controller, Weissenburg Germany

Job description

In our site in Weissenburg, you will be part of an international team. As Finance & Sales Process Controller, your main missions will be:

Ensure Data Governance & Integrity

• Define and promote best practices for data entry, validation, and maintenance in OneVision and other key systems.
• Support data audits and implement corrective actions to improve data reliability and consistency.

Tool Deployment & Change Management

• Act as a local ambassador for new digital tools, ensuring smooth adoption through training, documentation, and user support.
• Coordinate feedback loops between end-users and central teams to improve tool functionality and user experience.
• Monitor tool usage and proactively address gaps in adoption or understanding.

Strategic Planning Support

• Consolidate and analyze data inputs for CSR, StratPlan, and BSP processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on historical trends, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards to support decision-making at site and division levels.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline ad hoc data requests to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of reported data across platforms and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR to ensure data and reporting needs are met across departments.
• Support cross-functional projects requiring data analysis, tool integration, or process optimization.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve data flows, reporting accuracy, and tool usage.
• Stay informed on digital trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with experience in purchasing, especially in negotiations and strategy management.

You are a team player, a self-learner and can demonstrate leadership as well as good communication skills. 

Open-minded and with a desire to learn, you demonstrate willingness to embark on an international career. You are rigorous, detail oriented and dynamic.

You are fluent in English, and German is a plus.
